Our Values
As a special community of individuals working together, we at PC Helps seek to ensure our future by sustaining the viability of the organization. To accomplish this, we offer the following fundamental values and responsibilities:

  • As to our clients ...We believe that they are our partners in business...that their success leads to our success...that they are entitled to quality service characterized by accurate, timely information delivered in a professional manner...that they should receive expert technical support from consultants who have adequately prepared and certified their skills...and that, at all times, they should be treated with respect.

  • As to our employees ...We believe that we must respect each other and be respected...that we should contribute to the company and be recognized for our contributions...that we should receive a competitive compensation for work performed...that we are entitled to a safe and stable working environment, free from prejudice, bias, and discrimination, and conducive to the free expression of opinions and suggestions...that we should be furnished with equal opportunity for development and, if qualified, for advancement...and that we deserve competent leadership and management firmly rooted in ethics and legality.

  • As to our surroundings ...We believe that we must meet the obligations of citizenship...that we have a duty to be good friends to the environment...and that we should strive whenever possible to make additional contributions that improve the communities in which we work and live.

  • As to our business ...We believe that we must operate using sound practices and policies...that we must maximize profit without sacrificing quality...that we should accumulate reserves for adverse times and exercise spending restraint while maintaining our competitive advantage...and that we must be willing to invest a portion of our resources in ways which will guarantee our future success and viability.

By fulfilling these responsibilities we will meet the primary needs of our clients, employees, community and owners, and will thereby contribute to the long-term survival of our company.
