Computer Consultant

Job Description:

The software support technician handles telephone calls from our customers on a wide variety of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and Windows operating systems, as well as Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, and Android mobile devices.

The technician possesses superior interpersonal skills and communicates that he enjoys working with people. This person also has a strong desire to become a resource to her fellow employees and gladly shares her knowledge and experience with others.

Hours:
Full-time, permanent position; NO temporary or contract positions

Requirements:
Two or more years of PC experience. Advanced knowledge of three or more off-the-shelf software applications. Advanced knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7. The ability to learn new applications quickly, and to certify in numerous software applications.

Sales & Marketing Representative

Job Description:
Sell support contracts to Fortune 1000 companies located throughout the United States. Ninety percent of sales are inside and ten percent are outside. Predominantly inside sales.

Hours:
Full-time permanent position

Requirements:
College degree. Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in person. Willingness to travel and strong PC knowledge.

Compensation:
Salary plus commission and bonus

Job Description:
Review call reports, handle customer inquiries and general office duties.

Hours:
Full-time permanent position; One late shift per week

Requirements:
Detail-oriented with strong PC knowledge. An ability to learn new applications quickly is a must. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires dedication.
