Provide remote telephone technical support from our corporate office to our clients located throughout the United States on application questions on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes and many others.
Hours:
Full-time, permanent position; NO temporary or contract positions
Requirements:
Two or more years of PC experience. Advanced knowledge of three or more off-the-shelf software applications. Advanced knowledge of Windows 9x or Windows NT. The ability to learn new applications quickly, and to certify in numerous software applications.

Sell support contracts to Fortune 1000 companies located throughout the United States. Ninety percent of sales are inside and ten percent are outside. Predominantly inside sales.
Hours:

College degree. Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in person. Willingness to travel and strong PC knowledge.
