Mark Benham
Managing Partner, Celerity Partners
Mr. Benham has eighteen years of experience in private equity and venture capital. Prior to co-founding Celerity Partners, from 1988-1992 he was a Senior Investment Officer of Citicorp Venture Capital, Ltd. in New York. Prior to joining Citicorp, Mr. Benham served as the U.S advisor of Yamaichi UniVen Co., Ltd, the venture capital unit of Yamaichi Securities International. Mr. Benham holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.A. and M.B.A. from The University of Chicago, both with honors. Mr. Benham is a director of Nu Visions, Verari Systems, O Premium Waters, Rincon Industries and Peer 1 Network.

Steve Lewis
Managing Director, Lewis & Sutherland Associates LLC
Steve Lewis currently works with sector-leading technology companies on issues of business, operations, go-to-market, and technology strategy. During his 25 years of technology experience, he founded and served as CEO of Teneros and All Covered, and was a partner and managing director with Generation Ventures, during which time he co-founded China's first broadband telecommunications company and a leading phytopharmaceutical firm. Additionally, Mr. Lewis spent a decade with Booz Allen Hamilton. He holds a BA in economics, an MS in industrial engineering, and an MBA, all from Stanford University.

Howard Park
Managing Director, GI Partners
Howard Park oversees investments in technology, specialty healthcare and financial services for GI Partners. Previously, Mr. Park worked for 14 years as an investment banker with SG Cowen, Smith Barney and Nomura Securities. Mr. Park has extensive buyout experience in a diverse set of industries including telecommunications, technology and other industrial sectors. He previously worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a strategy consultant. Mr. Park holds a BA in economics cum laude from Rice University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Greg VandenBosch
Director, GI Partners
Greg VandenBosch oversees investments in the media, communications, financial services and information technology sectors at GI Partners. Previously, Mr. VandenBosch was vice president at Sandler Capital, a private equity firm with a focus in media and communications. Before Sandler, Mr. VandenBosch was vice president of finance at Omnicom Group and a member of the private equity investment team at Wasserstein Perella. He earned a BS in economics from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Mike Morse
Vice President, GI Partners
At GI Partners, Mike Morse focuses on investments in the business services, information technology and real estate sectors. Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Morse was with Soros Private Equity Partners and Towerbrook Capital Partners in New York. He also helped Microsoft India define an investment program for emerging markets. Early in his career, Mr. Morse worked for Merrill Lynch & Co. in Los Angeles. Mr. Morse holds a BS in business administration from the Haas School at the University of California Berkeley and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
