Jeffrey
Becker
PC Helps, Founder and President
Mr. Becker founded PC Helps in 1992 and is responsible for developing the Company's service, vision and strategy. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Becker worked at GE Investment Group, and at Prudential Investment Corporation in the Venture Capital and Real Estate Groups.
Mr.
Becker has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
from Emory University where he graduated with
Highest Distinction and majored in both Finance
and Marketing. Mr. Becker attained his Masters
Degree in Management from the Kellogg School
of Management at Northwestern University.

Stephen
Adamson
Celerity Partners, Managing Partner
Stephen Adamson is Managing Partner
of Celerity Partners and has specialized in private
equity since 1984. With offices in Los Angeles
and Menlo Park, Celerity sponsors management buyouts
of companies with revenues of $20 million or more
and provides growth capital to smaller companies.
Since 1995, Celerity has invested in more than
50 companies in a variety of industries, including
electronics, IT services, life sciences, and entertainment.
Prior to forming Celerity, Mr. Adamson took a lead role in leveraged buyouts
totaling $3.6 billion in transaction value, working in New York at E.F.
Hutton and Shearson Lehman Brothers before moving to California in 1988.
Mr. Adamson holds an A.B. with honors in
Economics from Stanford and an M.B.A. from
Stanford’s
Graduate School of Business. He is a director
of SMTC Corporation and several private companies.

Mike Morse
GI Partners, Senior Associate – US
Mike Morse is a Senior Associate at GI Partners. In this position, he
oversees investments in the business services, technology, infrastructure and
financial services sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Mike was with Soros
Private Equity Partners and TowerBrook Capital Partners in New York where he
focused on middle-market private equity investments. Mike also worked at
Microsoft where he focused on emerging market strategies. Mike began his career
at Merrill Lynch in investment banking.
Mike earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business
Administration from the Haas School at the University of California, Berkeley.

Steve Lewis
Teneros, CEO and Co-Founder

Mr. Lewis is the former CEO of All Covered, the
leading outsourced IT service company in the
small and medium business arena. Under Mr. Lewis'
leadership, the company grew from $2M to $47M in
three years.
Prior to founding All Covered,
Mr. Lewis was a partner and managing director of
Generation Ventures, a venture firm focused on
opportunities in China. While at Generation Ventures,
he co-founded both Guangzhou HuaMei Telecommunications,
China's first Broadband telecommunications company,
and Pharmanex, a leading
phytopharmaceutical firm where he was the company's first COO.
Additionally, Mr. Lewis
was a partner in Archimedes Capital, spent five
years on the Board of Directors of Borland Enterprises
and a decade with the consulting firm of Booz
Allen & Hamilton. He holds a B.A. in
Economics, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering, and an MBA, all from
Stanford University. |

Greg VandenBosch
GI Partners, Director – US
Greg VandenBosch is a Director of GI Partners. In this position,
he oversees investments in the media, communications, education, and
information technology sectors. Prior to joining the firm, he was with
Sandler Capital in New York where he focused on private equity investments
in the areas of media, communications, marketing services and technology.
Previously, Greg was Vice President of Finance at Omnicom Group and a member
of the private equity investment team at Wasserstein Perella. Greg earned an
MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from the University
of Pennsylvania.

Howard Park
GI Partners, Managing Director – US
Previously,
Mr. Park worked for 14 years as an investment banker
with SG Cowen, Smith Barney and Nomura, primarily
in principal investments, and high-yield and leveraged
finance.
Mr. Park has extensive buyout experience
in a diverse set of industries including
telecommunications, technology and other
industrial sectors. He previously worked
at Booz, Allen & Hamilton
as a strategy consultant.
Mr. Park holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck
School of Business at Dartmouth College;
and a B.A. in Economics, Cum Laude from Rice
University.
